Refund/Return Policy
※ Due to product quality issues or incorrect items, returns or exchanges do not require any payment.
※ Quality issues: Clothing that is damaged within 15 days of wear or after 3 washes, shoes that show separation within 180 days; color discrepancies or damage upon receipt of the product.
※ Most of the pants' buttonholes are factory new and not cut open by default, which does not constitute a quality issue (if you do not need to return or exchange, you need to cut them open yourself; only a few will be cut open, but they are guaranteed to be brand new).
※ For personal reasons, returns or exchanges require a handling fee:
The following are the charging standards and policies:
- For 2 items or less, a fee of 99 yuan will be charged.
- For 3-5 items, a fee of 199 yuan will be charged.
- For 6 items or more, a fee of 10% of the order amount will be charged (if less than 199 yuan, a fee of 199 yuan will be charged).
◎ Exchange process: Receive the package → Please submit an exchange request to customer service (within the 15-day appreciation period) → Customer service confirms the exchange process → Logistics picks up the package / self-send to the store → Exchange items arrive → Maiden sends out the exchange package → Pay the exchange fee upon receiving the package.
◎ Refund process: Receive the package → Please submit a refund request to customer service (within the 15-day appreciation period) → Customer service confirms the refund process → Logistics picks up the package / self-send to the store → Please take a photo of the pickup receipt and send it to customer service → Customer service processes the refund (credit card & PayPal payments will be refunded to the original payment method, cash on delivery will require bank account details for the transfer, service fees will be deducted).
1. The product must be brand new / unused / not washed / within the 15-day appreciation period (including holidays).
2. Exchange items may not always be in stock; if out of stock, an additional 3-20 days will be required (excluding holidays), please understand.
3. If you need to exchange again after receiving the exchanged item, you will need to bear the round-trip shipping costs again; if you process a return, the shipping costs for the exchange are considered consumables and will not be refunded.
※ If you return items for exchange without contacting customer service, Maiden will return the package and will not process it.
※ Malicious returns and refunds will result in purchase restrictions, please understand.
※ Second exchanges are not supported; all costs incurred from a second exchange must be borne by the buyer (199 NT$ in Taiwan, 50 HK$ in Hong Kong).
