Delivery Time

● All areas will ship within 1-3 days (excluding pre-sale items; Taiwan is tax-free)

● Delivery to Taiwan takes 3-5 days, with a total estimated arrival time of 4-8 days

● Other areas require 7-12 days for delivery, with a total estimated arrival time of 8-15 days

● Home delivery via宅急便

Only offers Hsinchu logistics delivery methods (cash on delivery, online credit card payment, PayPal)

 
● Pickup at 7-11 & FamilyMart stores

Only available for pickup at 7-11 & FamilyMart convenience stores (cash on delivery, online credit card payment, PayPal)

 

Shipping fee exemption for Taiwan buyers:

● A single order must reach NT$1,499 or more to enjoy free shipping service
● If you complete multiple orders on the same day, but each order amount does not reach NT$1,499, you will still not be eligible for free shipping service.
